Story
Ever since the SUPERVILLAINS showed up, Scum City’s been a total mess—crime everywhere. But there’s one bright spot: JUSTOPIAN WARD, a safe zone created by the superheroes. Leading the charge is Justopia, the ultimate hero, who’s basically the boss of the Hero Society.

The problem? Villains are getting stronger, and some heroes are flipping sides. Things are getting BAD. That’s where YOU come in. As the director of the Asylum, it’s your job to capture top-tier villains and turn them into heroes. Sounds easy, right? Not really. These villains are superpowered, chaotic, and not exactly thrilled about being reformed.

Your Mission:

Hunt down S-rank villains.
Turn them from bad to good.
Use their powers for justice and help save the city!
Characters

Night Charger (Voice: Matsuri Sugihara)
Powers: Supercharged senses, regeneration, and physical abilities.
She’s a solo villain who robs banks and takes down mafias for fun. She’s got trust issues and a thorny attitude, but sometimes her actions actually help people.

Bad Lotion (Voice: Yuki Akashi)
Powers: Can create and control a sticky fluid.
Runs the slums like a boss. She’s ruthless but thinks she’s the cutest thing ever. Cross her, and she’ll prove why people are scared of her.

Madam Venom (Voice: Shino Nakano)
Powers: Can create and store different poisons.
Big-time mafia boss with plans to take over Scum City. She’s confident, terrifying, and a total power player.

Justopia (Voice: Uzuki Inari)
Powers: Invincible, can fly, and has infinite energy.
He’s the city’s superhero mayor and the face of justice. Everyone loves him (except the villains), and if he’s smiling at you, you’re already done for.

The Justice (Voice: Yuka Kanematsu)
The city’s AI running everything from the Asylum to the streets. It’s all about optimizing Scum City for justice, and people just roll with it.

Protagonist (Voice: -)
You’re the Asylum’s director, working under The Justice to turn villains into heroes. You’ve got no superpowers, but you’re smart and determined. Plus, Justopia’s got your back.

How to install the Game in 5 simple steps.
